Liara Patton, DNP

Liara Patton, DNP, AGNP-C, is a dedicated Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With a strong educational foundation, Liara earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN (2019), and completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Louisville, KY, in August 2024. Liara holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and is a member of the Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives, as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, Liara served patients aged 12 years and older at Faith Health Care in Science Hill, KY, and Nancy Family Care in Nancy, KY. Her experience and commitment to excellence make her a valued healthcare provider in the community.
